Training Classes: Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
These terms apply to training classes and private training booked with Danielfam Firearms.
Deposit or Full Payment
Maryland Wear & Carry (initial and renewal), Maryland HQL, Utah Concealed Carry, and NRA Basic Pistol offer a 25% deposit or full payment. Dry Fire Training, Firearms Cleaning Course, Children/Teen Safety, and private one-on-one training require full payment at booking and have no deposit option. The 25% reservation portion of the total class price is non-refundable, whether you paid a deposit or the full amount, except when Danielfam Firearms cancels the class. For courses that offer deposits, any remaining balance is due on class day. The cancellation, rescheduling, and course-credit terms below also apply to courses and private training paid in full.
Rescheduling with at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time to transfer your payment to another available class date or postpone using course credit. A new class date is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Danielfam Firearms.
Cancellations with at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
You may transfer your payment to another available date or course credit, or request a refund of the amount paid above the 25% reservation portion. If you paid only the 25% deposit, there is no refundable balance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
For cancellations received less than 24 hours before class or if you do not attend, we retain 25% of the total class price as an administration fee and refund any amount paid above that portion. If you paid only the deposit, the deposit is forfeited. For example, for a $200 class paid in full, we retain $50 and refund $150.
Schedule Later & Course Credit
Payments made using “Schedule later” and payments transferred to course credit are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. Rescheduling does not restart that period. Contact us to arrange a class within that period. An undated registration does not reserve a seat; your date and seat must be confirmed by Danielfam Firearms. Unused credit expires after 12 months.
If We Cancel Your Class
If Danielfam Firearms cancels your class, you may choose a full refund, including the deposit, or transfer your payment to another available date or course credit.
How to Request a Change or Refund
Email info@danielfamfirearms.com with your name, order number, class, scheduled date (if any), and requested change. Notice is measured from when we receive your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment if:
- Inventory is unavailable
- Legal or compliance requirements are not met
- Payment authorization fails
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Ammunition and regulated items are non-returnable once shipped, except where required by law or if an error occurred on our part.
Compliance-Related Cancellations
Orders canceled due to legal restrictions or buyer ineligibility will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
