These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DanielFam Firearms website (the “Site”) and any purchases, bookings, transfers, or services offered through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- We sell and transfer firearms lawfully. Firearms ship to FFLs only — never directly to individuals.
- Inventory can change fast. If something can’t be fulfilled legally or practically, we may cancel and refund.
- Prices, product details, and availability may be corrected or updated at any time.
- Training and service deposits reserve time/seats and may have specific cancellation rules.
- You’re responsible for knowing your local laws and eligibility.
Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You may use this Site and purchase products/services only if you can lawfully do so under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order or requesting a transfer, you represent that you are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition, and that you will comply with all legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
DanielFam Firearms does not provide legal advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change. We reserve the right to request documentation or additional information to verify eligibility or compliance.
Firearms Sales, Shipping & FFL Transfers
Firearms are shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) only. We do not ship firearms to residential addresses or directly to individuals. The purchaser is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL and ensuring that the receiving FFL can accept the transfer.
- Out-of-state purchasers: You must provide your receiving FFL’s information for shipment.
- In-state/MD purchasers: All transfers/sales are completed in compliance with applicable Maryland and federal law.
- Pickup by appointment: Transfers and pickups may be by appointment only.
If a shipment or transfer cannot be completed legally, the order may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our refund policies and payment processor rules.
Ammunition & Accessories
Ammunition and permitted accessories may be shipped where lawful. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit shipment of ammunition or certain accessories. We do not guarantee that we can ship every item to every location.
Purchases must meet all applicable age requirements. Age and identity verification may be required prior to completion of any sale. Providing false information may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
Orders, Pricing, Availability & Errors
Inventory and availability change quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Orders are subject to acceptance and compliance review. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.
- Availability: Items may be out of stock, backordered, discontinued, or limited.
- Pricing/description errors: We may correct errors (including after submission). If your order is affected, we may cancel and refund.
- Order verification: Orders may be delayed for inventory confirmation, legal compliance review, or payment authorization.
We may require additional information to complete an order. Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation.
Payments & Authorization
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Transactions may be subject to fraud prevention and verification. We may void or refund transactions that fail verification or cannot be fulfilled legally.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product/service type, order status, and legal compliance. Certain items may be non-returnable. If an order cannot be legally completed, it may be cancelled and refunded consistent with these Terms, your payment provider, and any posted refund policy.

Training, Services & Deposits
Training classes, private sessions, transfers, and other services may require a deposit to reserve time or seats. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in writing, deposits reserve your slot and help us staff and schedule responsibly.
- Scheduling: Dates/times may be confirmed by email after purchase.
- Seat limits: Class capacity may be limited (e.g., 12 seats). Once full, registration closes.
- Reschedules: We may allow reschedules depending on notice and availability.

User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site operations, scraping, using automated tools to overload the Site, or submitting false information to bypass compliance requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, logos, graphics, and design) are owned by DanielFam Firearms or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes and may vary from actual items.

Limitation of Liability
